Cancellation policy

More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund of the booking amount

Between 14 days and 7 days before arrival: 50% refund of the booking amount

Less than 7 days before arrival or no shows: No refund will be issued.

Transaction Fee: 3% of the original booking amount will be deducted from the refund.

Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed and transferred to your original payment account within 5-10 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
